247 Global AI provides customized consulting, workflow planning, AI-supported business services, automation support, content support, prototype development, and related services.
Because many services are custom, refunds depend on the type of service purchased, the project stage, and the work already completed.
Deposits
Deposits may be required to reserve project time, begin discovery, start planning, or begin custom work.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits may be non-refundable once work has begun.
Project-Based Services
For project-based services, refunds may be considered if work has not started.
Once consulting, research, planning, design, development, setup, content creation, or custom work has begun, payments may be partially or fully non-refundable based on the work completed.
Monthly or Recurring Services
For monthly retainers, subscriptions, or recurring services, cancellations must be requested in writing by emailing jessica@247globalai.com.
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, cancellation requests apply to future billing periods and do not automatically refund amounts already paid for the current billing period.
Digital Products or Templates
If 247 Global AI offers digital products, templates, downloads, or self-service materials, those purchases may be non-refundable once access has been provided or the product has been delivered, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Missed Meetings or Delays
Missed meetings, delayed feedback, or delayed client-provided materials may affect project timelines. Refunds are not guaranteed for delays caused by missing information, missed meetings, or delayed approvals from the client.
