Clients are responsible for reviewing all deliverables before use, including AI-assisted content, website copy, workflows, automations, and customer-facing materials.
AI-Assisted Services
Some services may involve the use of artificial intelligence tools or automation platforms. AI-assisted outputs may require review, editing, testing, and approval before use.
247 Global AI does not guarantee that AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs will be error-free, complete, or suitable for every use case without human review.
No Guaranteed Results
247 Global AI may provide recommendations, tools, content, workflows, or technical support intended to improve business processes or customer engagement. However, we do not guarantee specific revenue, marketing, lead generation, operational, or financial results unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be stated on the applicable invoice, proposal, subscription agreement, or service agreement. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
Services may require deposits, milestone payments, recurring payments, or payment in full before work begins.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive the right to use final paid deliverables created specifically for them after full payment has been received.
247 Global AI retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, templates, processes, tools, know-how, methods, frameworks, and internal systems.
Third-Party Tools and Services
Some projects may require third-party tools, platforms, hosting providers, payment processors, AI tools, software subscriptions, or integrations. Clients are responsible for any third-party costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
247 Global AI is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, security issues, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
Confidentiality
We will use reasonable care to protect confidential business information shared with us. Clients should not share sensitive, regulated, or unnecessary confidential information unless it is required for the project and appropriate safeguards are discussed.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 247 Global AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may end a project or service relationship according to the terms in the applicable proposal, invoice, service agreement, or written communication. Amounts owed for work already performed remain due.
